City of Arabia - Overview

The City of Arabia aptly describes itself as a landmark where leisure and entertainment reside; where business lifestyle and high end community thrive.

The AED 7.2 billion mixed-use development is sprawled over 20 million square feet area within the Dubailand. It features a shopping mall, dinosaur theme park, commercial and residential towers for over 35,000 residents. The residential and commercial areas of City of Arabia alone will highlight 34 skyscrapers, four of which will be 60-storeys for commercial and hotel tenants. Twenty 45-floor towers are for mixed commercial and residential ends. The remaining 10 will be 30-storey high residential apartments.

The Mall of Arabia, billed to be the world's largest shopping mall, will occupy an area of about 10 million sq. ft., with four levels, around 1,000 retail outlets, restaurants and cafes, state-of-the-art auditorium and cinema facilities and parking spaces.

A fantasy park called Restless Planet will make the City of Arabia a perfect destination for the family. The interesting feature of the Restless Planet are the real-life size robotic dinosaurs, in different species and programmed to move, roar or walk as seen in the film Jurassic Park.

Another exciting feature of the City of Arabia is a complex of low rise Mediterranean-style buildings, otherwise known as Wadi Towers.
