Dragon Mart Complex - Overview :

The Dragon Mart Complex is the 1.2 km long dragon-shaped permanent exhibition and a daily trading hub of products from China, the world's largest markets. The complex features showrooms, shopping areas, and warehouses represented by about 4000 enterprises promoting Chinese products and goods.  It is divided into commercial and service areas, an office area, and a business centre. 

The products and commodities on sale, on both wholesale and retail basis, include textile and garments, food and groceries, household and electrical appliances, interior decoration & home furnishing, arts and crafts, chemical products, sports and leisure accessories, etc.

The complex offers a unique residential area that represents the architectural style of countries such as England, China, France, Greece, Italy, Morocco, Persia, Russia and Spain.

It opened its doors to business in December 2004 and has been attracting investors, residents and visitors alike from Dubai and other neighboring emirates.

Divided into seven districts and offers an array of high quality facilities and services for visitors and traders alike. This includes hotel reservation, ticket booking, airport transfers, banking services, post office, courier and express mail services, international trade and commercial laws consultation, customer support and parking space for over 2,500 cars.

The eight warehouses which take up a total area of 30,000 square meters, are located only 200 meters behind the Mart and serve as a convenient facility for the traders' wide range of products. Two of the warehouses offer cold storage facilities.

The Dragon Mart Complex also encompasses 25 residential buildings located within 200 meters of the Dragon Mart which add even more convenience to the traders. This affordable residential option comes in the form of 1,840 fully-furnished studio, one and two-bedroom apartments, with retail space on the ground floor.
