Dubai Promenade - Overview:

Dubai will redefine its records in waterfront development and in the tourism map when the 5-star wheel-shaped hotel surrounded by the sea, marina and a natural beach rises from what is known as Dubai Promenade.

The newest project by master developer Nakheel involves the creation of a peninsula off Dubai shoreline near the Dubai International Marine Club (DIMC) and overlooking the Arabian Gulf.  When completed, the Dubai Promenade will serve as a prestigious community project offering more than 2,000 residential units to benefit about 10,000 owners;  25,000 sq. m. of retail spaces; and over 17,000 sq. m. of office spaces. 

What makes the development even more famous is its wheel-shaped hotel, the first of its kind ever.  Other amenities include cafes, restaurants, and sports facilities.  Dubai Promenade will have its own marina with more than 60 berths.
