Jumeirah Heights - Overview:
Jumeirah Heights is a low-density community offering a multitude of types, styles and floor plans from its 2,300 residences. The neighborhood is ideal for the business executives and young families who prefer choices for their professional needs and lifestyle in Dubai.
The residential project has three distinct areas that are prominently developing as it progresses - The Village Center, The Fronds and The Clusters. The Village Center has two mid-rise buildings with about 650 apartment units. The Fronds will each have two mid-rise apartment buildings and 17 townhouses. The two clusters are the three low-rise apartment buildings of two and three bedroom loft apartments. The community will also be featured with waters and lakes.
